AIMS FOR SEMICONDUCTOR ENGINEERS

More Freedom to Engineer

WE BELIEVE

Engineers’ freedom to explore should not be constrained by budgets.

That's why we created AIMS — AI for Manufacturing Systems

PHYSICALLY ACHIEVABLE PROCESS SPACE
Physics defines what is possible. AIMS expands how much of it you can explore.

The small box is today's qualified window. The contours are what your tool can physically reach. Everything between them is territory your team hasn't had the wafers to visit — yet.

EXPAND THE FEASIBLE FRONTIER

Your ideas shouldn’t be limited by the cost of exploring them

Fab engineers work within real constraints. AIMS frees engineers from many of those constraints by making exploration abundant

01
Wafer budgets are finite.

Every experiment consumes material, money, and engineering resources.

02
Tool time is limited.

Production equipment cannot always be used when you want to explore a new idea.

03
Process development takes even longer.

Developing and testing a full process can require many iterations across multiple steps.

04
Fleet calibration can hide tool-specific behavior.

Generic calibration across a fleet can overlook differences between individual tools, chambers, and conditions.

See how AIMS makes it possible to explore digitally and commit physically.

AIMS — AI FOR MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS

Explore more of what's possible.

AIMS lets engineers create Physics Enhanced Digital Twins of their tools and processes — digital environments they can use to explore before committing wafers, tool time, and fab resources.

Explore digitally. Commit physically.

Generate Recipes

Go from engineering objective to candidate recipe 25×–60× faster.

You define the destination. AIMS finds the path

Design Smarter DOEs

Learn more with up to 2× fewer experimental runs.

Fewer runs. More learning. Explore further

Explore Your Process 24/7

Investigate new operating regions, change parameters, and test ideas before touching the tool.

Your process. Available 24/7

What would you explore next?

AIMS gives you another place to investigate engineering questions — before the fab, between runs, whenever an idea occurs.

What happens if I change this?
Can I reach this target?
What region haven't we explored?
Which experiment would teach us the most?
Could there be a better recipe?
ONE SYSTEM. TWO WINS.

More engineering freedom. More manufacturing capability.

For engineers

Explore more ideas. Learn faster. Test before committing tool time. Push beyond today's process window.

For fabs

Faster recipe development. Fewer experimental runs. Better use of tool time. Faster development of differentiated processes.

START SMALL. EXPAND THE FRONTIER.

Today, start with the tool.

AIMS begins where engineers already work, then expands from individual tools toward complete process flows.

THE QUESTIONS ENGINEERS ASK

Straight answers

Asked by all of our customers. If yours isn't here, ask an engineer directly — that's who answers our demo requests.

Does my data leave the fab?
No. AIMS is on-prem and single-tenant; air-gapped installs are supported. We never see your data — by construction.
Do I need a data-science team?
No. AIMS is built for process engineers. If you can design a DOE, you can train, validate, and deploy a model.
Will it work on my tools?
MOCVD is deepest today; lithography is expanding. The Universal Data Translator handles arbitrary log formats, so vendor coverage grows with every install.
What if the model is wrong?
Every prediction ships with validation metrics against held-out lots, and nothing reaches a tool without your engineer's sign-off. Rollback is one click.
How long until first value?
Two weeks, typically: UDT ingests your historical runs, and the first validated prediction model comes out of data you already paid for.

See how far your process can go.

More freedom to engineer. More possibility to build what's next.
